Here the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena spends its years to acidify, to mature, to age, to fulfill a balance that only the alchemy of time and the expert hand of man can produce. Sold only after a strict examination carried out by the Consortium of the producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which applies directly to each pack its own numbered series warranty seal.
