“We have learned, sincewe were small to respect the land, the animals and the traditions”.

We are three sistersthat belong to the Morandi family, we come from the Appenines in Emilia-Romagna.

We have a long tradition in sheep-farming and in the production of cheese. Our family has always worked with passion and professionality acquired during our long years of experience.

The milk is chosen from neighbouring towns. It’s then transformed into cheese and the cheese is directly sold in the market places.

The three mostimportant ingredients for our job are: Enthusiasm, Passion and Tenacity. Theseingredients have enabled us to improve and to be in continuous research of highquality raw materials. In this way, we have created an excellent product foreveryone.
